1、 Introduction to working principle of waste gas scrubber
The acid-base waste gas scrubbing tower uses the acid-base neutralization principle to neutralize the acid (alkaline) waste gas with the spray alkali solution (acid solution), convert the gaseous pollutants into salts, and discharge them into the sewage treatment system along with the sewage for treatment. The exhaust gas after spray treatment is discharged into the atmosphere, and the treatment efficiency of the primary spray tower can reach more than 90%.
The equipment uses the contact between gas and liquid to transfer the pollutants in the gas to the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the polluted liquid to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. The waste gas is treated by gas-liquid reverse absorption through the packed scrubber, that is, the liquid is sprayed down from the top of the tower in the form of fog (or small droplets). The gas-liquid contact is achieved by the tower body (reverse flow). This treatment method can cool the waste gas, adjust the acidity and alkalinity of the gas and remove particles, and then discharge them into the atmosphere after being treated in the demisting section.
