Treatment scheme:
The evaporation and concentration treatment is adopted. The waste water enters the low-temperature vacuum evaporator and evaporates under the vacuum and low-temperature conditions. The steam condenses to form distilled water during the vacuum pumping process and is collected in the clean water storage tank; The remaining trace waste shall be treated in the next step. After vacuum distillation in the wastewater treatment system, the residue can be reduced to at least 5% of the original wastewater. After condensation, the steam contains almost no impurities and can be sent back to the production process as process water.
