Bag filter is a dry type dust filter. After the filter material is used for a period of time, due to the effects of screening, collision, retention, diffusion and static electricity, a layer of dust is accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. This layer of dust is called the initial layer. In the later movement process, the initial layer becomes the main filter layer of the filter material. Depending on the role of the initial layer, the filter material with large mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase correspondingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is very large, some fine dust particles that have been attached to the filter material will be squeezed past, so that the efficiency of the dust collector decreases. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, after the resistance of the dust collector reaches the value, the ash shall be removed in time. The initial layer shall not be damaged during ash removal to avoid efficiency reduction.
1、 What measures should be taken for bag filter to deal with wet dust:
1. Shorten the ash cleaning cycle: the ash cleaning cycle is short, which is conducive to timely cleaning the lime dust on the surface of the bag and reducing the possibility of bonding.
2. Sufficient back blowing pressure for ash cleaning: the lime dust entering the filter material can be cleaned out by back blowing, and sufficient pressure is conducive to cleaning the dust in the filter material.
3. The lime powder bag dust collector is equipped with a stable bypass pipe: when the air is relatively humid, the dusty air entering the dust removal system is easy to condense. In order to avoid moisture entering the bag dust collector to bond the filter material, a stable bypass pipe should be set. At this time, the bag dust collector can be avoided, and the dusty air can only pass through the cyclone dust collector and then be discharged into the atmosphere. The above can be controlled automatically.
4. Careful use of dust removal cloth bags: smooth dust removal cloth bags that are not easy to stick shall be selected.
5. Low filtration wind speed: the high filtration wind speed will force the fine lime dust into the inner zigzag micropores to block. When the back blowing is not effective, it will stay in the bag for a long time and form a bond to block the filter hole.
